Ibiza style villa near the sea on the coast of Benissa

Great newly constructed Ibicenca style villa in Benissa coast (Costa Blanca) with private pool and for a maximum of 8 people.....

LAYOUT: This newly built villa has a surface of 250m2 on two floors wich are connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor, pool level, we have a wide space composed, a modern fully equipped kitchen with island, a dining room with a large table and a comfortable lounge with two sofas. We also have two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), each bedroom has an en suite bathroom (one with bath and one with shower). The bedroom with twin beds has a private furnished terrace. This home has a beautiful Ibiza style with terracotta floors, white walls and wide spaces.

EXTERIOR: The 800m2 plot has access through a sliding door where we can park our car. It has a large terrace with mud tiles, where we find a fenced off pool for the childrens safety. We also have a covered terrace area with a large wooden table and chairs, where you can eat and rest in the shade from the intense summer sun. There is a barbecue area next to the terrace.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Benissa, 700 meters from one of the many coves of this amazing coast. At 10min from the town of Calpe and its famous long beaches of fine sand and crystalline waters.

The minimum stay is 4 nights, starting on any day of the week, except for the period from June 1 to September 30, when the minimum stay is 7 nights, starting on a Saturday.
