By the drive, we find parking for 1 car, from where, stairs lead all the way down to the bottom floor, where a spacious exterior welcomes us, with a private swimming pool, the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sunbeds, spacious sun patios, an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The exterior is well surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.

The entire accommodation is on two levels, connected through internal and external stairs and enjoying modern attention-to-detail decoration with refined furniture throughout. From the parking, the stairs lead us down to the upper floor, presented with 1 double and another twin bedroom, each enjoying a balcony with sea views and sharing a full bathroom. Internal stairs lead down to the lower level where we find a modern fitted kitchen a guest WC, a dining/living area with Sat+TV+DVD with direct access to the pool. We follow continued by a double bedroom with A/C, an En-Suite bathroom and also access to the pool area.
