It is less than 10 min. drive from the main beaches of Moraira, a beautiful charming town that has become a touristic hotspot in the last few years due to its marvelous coast. The villa enjoys a perfect relaxing atmosphere in a quiet residential area with a high level of privacy.

Alice offers parking for 2 cars from here, steps lead us down to a wonderful spacious terrace, all on one level, presenting us with a large private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, all encompassed by a subtle traditional style garden. The entire accommodation is located in the lower level of the villa, the top floor remains closed and unoccupied during the lettings months.

In the interior we find a welcoming and spacious dining/living room with air conditioning, fully equipped with Sat+TV+DVD player, open equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with A/C and ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with A/C and ensuite shower room. From the living area we also access the built barbecue behind the villa, there is also a portable gas BBQ provided. The calm and sophisticated residential area provides you with a pleasant level of privacy, making this a perfect option for small families and couples.
