Welcome to Pineda, a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area by the countryside of Benissa, offering a relaxing and sun-filled atmosphere with views over the beautiful Mediterranean landscape. Pineda is only 3 Km. away from the center of rural town Benissa and 15 Min. drive from the coastline where we find the beach of Moraira together with various water activities. Villa Pineda is a perfect family retreat encompassed by the traditional Mediterranean touch. Finding parking for 3 cars by the drive, we flow towards a wonderful exterior. A spacious terrace welcomes us together with a private swimming pool forming the heart of this holiday home. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun beds, an exterior shower, a covered veranda with dining area and a BBQ, providing all the essentials and more for an excellent holiday experience. The beauty of this holiday home is that it´s set entirely on one level. From the covered veranda, we enter through a living area with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C, followed by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. From there, 1 double bedroom with A/C and its own En-Suite bathroom and another 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower room.
