Inside the Finca offers a spacious accommodation throughout. It is perfect place to relax and an excellent choice for anyone wishing to experience the local town life style and benefit from having amenities nearby. The villa is located the quiet area of Moravit. Offers a large private swimming pool, spacious terrace, nice gardens, large BBQ area, outside shower and a Tennis play ground. This villa is a two storey holiday home. Entrance to a spacious lounge living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, a large dining room area next to the full equiped kitchen and a TV-room. In the lower level there are a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and two double bedrooms with ensuite shower room each. Internal steps lead up to the main double bedrooom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, plus another double bedroom with shower room.

From the living area and kitchen there are access to the riu-rau: large covered terrace, ideal for the summer months, with views to the huge garden and pool area. All rooms have air conditioning units.

Payable on arrival

Security deposit € 400 for families and groups up to four people. For groups larger than 4 people, under an age of 35 years : € 150 per person.(Cash, Visa or MasterCard).
