It is located near the famous cove of Advocat by Benissa coast which has a very popular beach bar. It enjoys a pleasant and quiet location, only a 5 Min. drive from Moraira center and 15 Min. drive from Calpe. Two of the most attractive towns to visit in Costa Blanca as it provides us with a large variety of beautiful beaches where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be visited, perfect for anyone looking for the ideal Mediterranean holiday experience. In addition, for sports lovers, we find a golf course and a tennis court nearby.

The villa offers parking space for 4 cars, from where we follow to a spacious and sun-filled terrace with a large private swimming pool, sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a built-in BBQ, all encompassed by a typical Mediterranean garden. The villa is a three-story holiday home, connected with internal stairs. We enter into a spacious and modern style dining area with an open American kitchen and living area with SAT/TV/DVD with access to a covered balcony overlooking the pool area. On this level, there is a double bedroom and shower room.

A few steps down reach a twin bedroom with access to the pool terrace, with a shower room and utility room for the washing machine. From the living area, level steps lead up to a further twin bedroom with a shower room and more steps lead up to a double room with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with spectacular sea views. All bedrooms have A/C units. There is central heating for the cooler months and the pool can be heated at an extra cost of 200.-€/week
