The tranquility of the area and its very convenient surroundings with bars, restaurants and supermarkets only a few minute’s walk away from the villa will make your holidays even more satisfying. This villa combines peace and relaxation in a comfortable home offering a high degree of privacy.

A large private pool, a spacious terrace equipped with sun beds, an exotic garden encompasses our beautiful outdoor dining area with BBQ. From the pool terrace a few stairs lead up to a hall, open to a spacious lounge, that includes an open dining area and a large living room fully equipped with sat+large TV+DVD, perfect to enjoy your meals while looking at the beautiful views that are offered by the large windows that illuminate the room bringing light and life to it. We find a fully equipped fitted kitchen.

The upper floor offers two double bedrooms, one of them with A/C unit, both sharing a shower room. On the lower level, there are two separate apartments with a cozy living area, kitchen, one double bedroom and a shower room each apartment. Pool can be heated for an extra cost of 200.-€/week.
