The Tosals area of Javea is South facing, making the weather fantastic all year round. The house is inspired by that were built over a century ago and now includes all the necessary comforts. It has 600 square meters of construction and a 1,700 plot. The house is on two dwellings: on the main floor are the 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and the kitchen, while in the basement there is a large garage with room for up to three vehicles. On the same floor is installed the engine room and wine cellar. Also, the villa has a terrace, patio and storeroom. The house connects to the outside through a naya, a typical construction of Javea, Denia and Moraira which serves as a porch. In summer it is ideal to get fresh air, organize meals with friends and enjoying of a relaxing time.
