Sea view villa with private pool in Moraira. Devesa is a traditional style villa situated in peaceful residential area enjoying of a great convenience close to a little cove, bars, and a supermarket by walking distance. Only a few min. drive separates us from the center of Moraira, a beautiful coast town where some of the most prestigious beaches can be found and a large variety of restaurants, shops and bars can be explored.

The villa offers parking for 2 cars, from which we flow towards the terrace with beautiful sea views, presenting us with a private swimming pool, sun beds and a shaded patio with BBQ. The pool area is fenced to provide security for the children. The entire accommodation is located on one level. We enter through a covered veranda with a dining table to enjoy the morning breakfast, followed by the living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and a cozy fireplace to enjoy the winter months. We continue to a modern and fully equipped open kitchen with American bar, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms a bathroom and a guest WC with washing machine.
