This villa is a two storey holiday home, with a spacious lounge with A/C and SAT/TV/DVD, a large conservatory/dining room with sea views and WiFi connection, a fitted kitchen with a cooking range, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room), a cloakroom and a double bedroom with En-suite shower / toilet and balcony. 15 internal stairs lead down to the lower level and pool area, with two double bedrooms, each with En-suite shower/toilet room each and doors to the pool patio. There are also external stairs from the top floor to the pool patio.This villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and is equipped with a portable barbecue. All bedrooms have A/C units.
By the pool level at the back of the villa there is an extra apartment with access only from the outside with one double bedroom ensuite shower room and a kitchenette without cooking facilities.
The kidney shaped swimming pool is bordered by sun patio with a shower, and a few stairs lead to a mature garden and patio with BBQ. It shows a bright and spacious interior, with comfortable modern furniture.
